# Apagar mensagem

Para apagar uma mensagem específica na Central de Atendimento basta você ir na Central, selecionar os três pontinhos:

Clicar em **apagar mensagem**

E a mensagem será apagada:

Caso queira visualizar a mensagem que foi apagada, basta clicar no ícone de **ver**
